What degress or fahrenheight does the enviroment have to be at nightime also should i leave my fans on or off?
Generally you don't want a drop more then about 10 degrees F during your day/night cycle. Depending on where the stain is from I like to keep my temps around 75-80 with the lights on and about 70-75 with lights out... If you drop them too low you could stress them out. What degress or fahrenheight does the enviroment have to be at nightime also should i leave my fans on or off?

It's a good idea to leave some fans on for circulation. I never turn off my fans...
And yes, i would keep the fan on 24hrs.
Without knowing how big your grow room is, we have no way to help you with ventilation questions...Ok thanks i also have another problem when my lights are on the temperatures get over 35 degress i really want to drop it as my plants are only seedlings and i dont want to stress them at all?
Would this fan be ok to purchase to resolve the problem

Or is their no other ways which can reduce heat within the tent other then fans?
My grow tent is 60X60 cm wide and 180cm tall here is a exact link of my grow tentWithout knowing how big your grow room is, we have no way to help you with ventilation questions...
I personally like these http://www.amazon.com/LEDwholesalers-GYO2402-6-Inch-Hydroponic-Booster/dp/B003YFADW8/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1350605075&sr=8-2&keywords=inline+fan
They work great and are cheap... You can have a couple on hand incase you need more ventilation or if
one burns out... They are a little on the loud side but they work very well IMO
Two of those fans I linked to will keep your tent very close to the room tempature +/- 5 degrees F. Only open 1 passive intake in the bottom for better results... my veg box is about the same size and I have a 400w in it with pretty much no problems... If you do have too much heat in there then add a 3rd exhaust... Winter I only need 2 summer I add the 3rd so I dont need to run my a/c all day lol...My grow tent is 60X60 cm wide and 180cm tall here is a exact link of my grow tent
