nice grown. very healthy green, ll over. nice thick stalk coming as well. good job for being 5 yrs old. and the fluorescent's, those aren't CFL right, they're the long tubes? not the curled ones for, say a kitchen or w/e.?

I thought I would share a small update pic of my little plant, yesterday I build a sweet scrog-"frame" out of some old tent-poles, my grow area is not very stable though, it crashed down on me twice lol, while I was setting up this scrog, I will make my room more stable next round and set up scrog then.

The canopy is getting real sweaty, good sign of photosynthesis and co2 intake, will remove additional containers with water. Humidity high 60's and temp in the 70's.
I really liked this pic for some reason:

I switched to flower stage, kinda wish I had done sooner because of the small reservoir I am using. It can only hold aprox. 6 Liters. The root system is great at work and I need to top off with water so often. that I added a dripper inside the reservoir insted. Seems to keep things in check for the time being. That's not the dripper on the right on the image with the white water, that is a yeast-sugar mixture to produce a bit of co2, surprised how long time they last and how much they actually seem to produce, got good pressure build up to a 2nd smaller bottle behind the plant, that is connected to the co2-bottle, so it does not leave a mess.

Btw. I use 400W HPS for flower.

few days later and its getting streached out a bit, the 4 tops would had been perfect to fit underneath a scrog and then the undergrowth coming up, nice strain for scrog it seems. I think I will tie them down tomorrow, might just weigh them down.
sorry for bad quality pics my cam sucks.

I decided to just assemble a smaller version of my first attempt of scrog with tent poles, I just tied 4 sticks togethere and used eletrical-wire to net it and threw it on her, pull a few places and tie two down, surprised nothing broke. I had two PC fans on her doing veg at full power shaking her, makes strong stems :), it also slows down streching doing veg.
This is day 6 of flower, each of the 4 tops got 4 squares in each corner.
EC 1.35 PH 5.8 (the dripper keeps it in check pretty good, I had to poke a few more holes to adjust it though).

I added pictures of the roots and the dripper, I was supposed to have two plants in it but discovered broken sprout in the 2nd rockwool cube :( this container would also had been way too small for two though, I see now hehe.

Thanks, actually it is a sativa dominant, I have never grown this strain before but it was just to test my old nutrients etc. Next grow will be a heavy indica, I allready got the seeds "Super Hash" from pyramid seeds (Genetics: Hash Plant x Mr Nice Hash Plant G13) :)

Small update, nothing to really show yet, wish they could just come up with a plant "Veg 10 days, Flower 20 days" Harvest! :D
I'm at day 40 from first light, 12 days in flower. I removed the lowest flowers (not right under the canopy) that did not get light but kept fan leaves.

For now I gotta stick to smoking my great imported hash :weed:

Starting to enjoy my little forest, it is getting a very sweet smell and a bit sticky to the touch :)

Edit: I kinda let her starve for nutrients for a couple of days while recovering from the removing of the lowest flowers, then I boosted the sollution to EC 1.65.

A complete recover from the lack of nutrients and is back in full gear, buds are getting a bit dense. I'm surprised at how well the undergrowth is doing, the bud sticking up from the lower-left is from the bottom branching, I keep the 400W at 6-7 inches from canopy, it does not spread out the light as much, which is why I also decided to let them go a bit, insted of tugging further in the small temporary scrog I am using. For now I am only placing a few fan leaves out of the way.

It's going smooth for her. Buds getting denser and slight start of coating with trichomes :)
I made myself a macro lens out of an old CD drive I was not using. You just pull the CD/DVD drive apart and then falls out a small piece lens, rig something to hold this lens up infront of your camera. I am just using my sony ericsson wt13i which got a 3.2 megapixel camera. You can also get this small lens from a Laser Pointer.

The buds are forming nice, 8-10 tops streeched a bit more and will form some big colas I think, and then a lot of budsites all over the canopy, first time I try FIM and also this "scrog". Very impressed with development so far in this small container. I got around 6 weeks left, was recommended to grow full 10 weeks, cant wait to taste it! :)
