Does this system look good, or do you see potential problems?

Not something I would ever use personally... There are a lot of things about systems like this that I don't like first and foremost being the roots of all the plants are likely interlocked together second would be they seem to be spaced awfully close to one another... Seems more economical to spend a weekend on a DIY.

I really don't see how to avoid the interlocking roots thing. What would you suggest and how can the problem be avoided?

And I'd be going straight from clone to flower, so the sites are not too close together for my op.

Dont worry abt the root thing. My aero 60 works kind of like that and I havent had an issue with that. Matter of fact the root system has grown into the res chamber (no issues). Sucking all them nutes up! I just put a couple of air stones in the res to keep them o2 rich.

It would be ok if you wanted to start clones right off on 12/12. Lots of people do that. Just don't expect to grow very large plants. A sea of green technique would be your best bet.
