Well this will be my 5th order with attitude and have yet to have a problem until now....and I still may not but this is a first

I placed an order on the 5th of October and grabbed some gsbx2(lucky me! If I get them.) and everything was fine I received the tracking number and confirmation emails. The package was then dispatched and followed by Royal Mail til is said "passed to overseas postal service for delivery". This is where is fell off the face of earth and has yet to be acknowledged or updated by usps for over a week now. The tracking on usps says "tracking for the reference number provided is not a available via this web site"

So with all that said has anyone ever had this problem? Or have anything to say to help put my mind at ease?

I did on my last one did the same thing a week later it was scanned in NY where it sat for two weeks then moved out and showed up. You will be fine they are the best by far and you cant blame them if usps picks it up.

One can not rely upon USPS and its tracking system .. Most likely there in a holding area and its just a waiting game now , last time I got beans from the tude it took 3 weeks to get a few hundred miles thanks to USPS ..

Check your tracking on the Royal Mail web site.

...yeah, the tracking is all fucked up....my last order, my package was said to just land in NY when my package was sitting on my front stairs....so, chill, they're on their way ;)

My order is well over a month from these guys still nothing.. guaranteed shipping?? I think not! Communication has been dismal!

I was having the same issue. Then as I read this post decided to check the tracking again. Just left NY yesterday. Order was sent on the 11th, so right on schedule, albeit a little slower than usual.

If they mislabel the package and that mis-labeling causes some issue, you're screwed. That's where I'm at. They put the wrong recipient on my package and now Officer Friendly has my Tee shirt. No guarantee honored at all. Hope the cop get to plant my $150 worth of beans.

...your beans got conficated? ...did you recieve a notice from the usps?

I received notice from the building manager that contraband was intercepted and given to police. Since the ship-to name was wrong, they had no idea whose package it was, so they opened to try and find out.

not trying to be a dick, but aren't you the person who gave them the address to ship it to?? how'd the end up with the wrong address?? i've ordered probably over 100 seed orders from various banks and always manage to put my correct address on the package and not once have they been delivered to my neighbors house..
just sounds a bit odd to me is all..

Not being a dick at all. The address was right. The recipient was wrong. I share a building and since no one here has that name, they opened it.

As an update, while they called the cops, I guess they (cops) didn't care, since two days later while in the office (alone) I look in the corner and there's my package. All's well that ends well. And sure as shit, the wrong recipient on the package label. Attitude sent me an email with a screenshot of what I entered, which was 100% correct. What was on the label was wrong, however. A fluke, for sure, but it was their "attitude" that was not reasonable. I've ordered from them before without issue.

Ive been getting some from around where i live but i want to try some new stuff and am new to ordering them online. How do you guys go about paying for these. Do you use a pre paid debit card? or just use your regular debit card? Thanks.

ALL my past orders with the tude arrived QUICK! Hell I even placed another order this morning and it was dispatched 2 hrs after I ordered it. I emailed Attitude several times and they have not responded. I will be calling them today.

...I know NY just went through some shit with Sandy, I figured that was the hold up, idk...and today is election day :cuss:

...I'll keep this thread posted on status updates.
