when to start veg nutrients?

Yo so im about to start my grow once all my shit gets delivered. I was wondering when i should start veg nuts? Im going to be using the general organics go box and for soil pro mix hp so its a soil less mix. Should i start the 2nd or 3rd week since its organic and the soil has no added nutrients to it?

mix lime with your promix, if its the bx, use more perlite....peace
