Looks to be some kind of hydro, am I right? what's the ph and ppm of your nutes, lighting?

The roots aren't getting to the water sufficiently, Just top water for a while til they catch up. I've run into that several times when first moving clones to veg pots.

Or you could just raise the level of your drain til they catch up, then lower again.

Okay, they are getting water. If you look in the picture, the other plants are doing fine and they are all the same. Room temp: 74f, PH 6.0, PPM: 384, 400w MH. They've been doing great for 2+ weeks under these conditions, see grow journal.

Just checked them after sleeping and they are the same. Have been watered twice. The tank floods for 15 min.

I've been watering 3x a day at 15 min intervals, Is that enough at this point in my grow?

Were they watered by system or did you water the droopy 1's by hand?
Both, I watered the droopers as soon as saw the situation with clean, adjusted water, with no nutes. then I cleaned my whole setup, set my resevoir back to 6.0 / 375. I let it flood for ~30 min after cleaning, and then set it back to the regular feeding schedule.

Anyway you can get the smaller pots out to look at the roots? maybe submerge whole pot to get the hydroton floating a lil.

Can the outcome of Root rot happen after 12 hours? It seems he said they went from healthy to drooped over like the picture in about 12 hours.

Could lower your ph to 5.8, they like a little acidick, also as suggested, raise you droin pipe, I grow very similar, I feed ''til pots are completely full before draining, that sounds like what's happening, you nutes arn't rising high enough to reach the small young roots. your feeding schedule is same as mine, 3 times a day, but letting them sit in solution for 15 mins seems to me you may be drowning them, just let them sit for 1 minute or less, it should fill to top of pot then drain imediately.

I think you may be the winner. I lowered them, in the net pots, and adjusted to 5.8. Six hours later and we have this! Do you think they will recover?

6 hrs after being watered at a higher flood level, before lowering plants:

How can I do this, my timer is only in 15min increments?

have u tried moving all the hydroton from around them and pulling the rockwool cube out to check the roots?

Hopefully it looks like they may recover, I'm sure it will set them back a bit, MJ is pretty resilient and be surprised how much they can take and recover, glad to hear the higher level seems to be working....good luck my friend.

Okay, here are the roots, i'm a novice, but they seem to look good. Also, idk about the glass on top. I thought that it would protect it from the fans and provide some humidity?

I originally came here to say that your babies simply didn't have the roots yet to reach the water but after seeing the soaked rockwool, you're definitely drowning them.

A lot of growers have problems when they use two very different mediums like rockwool and hydroton. What I used to do when I ran that method was I made sure my rooting cube was above the level of the water and allowed it to completely dry out. I would water by hand for a few days until the roots reached the water on their own.

I would put those little plants on a brick or some other platform to try to get that cube to dry out.
