First Time Of Planting a marijuana

first of all i am from philippines . i am tired of buying , instead i want to grow my own marijuana in my house
what is the best seed that i will plant ? my country is a tropical country :eyesmoke: please help me ?

and it also depend what your Goal is and where you plan to grow, if possible I would grow out doors if I where you, maybe a Auto strain ?
but if you choose to grow in door make sure you have atleast 400$ for all the gear you will need to start with, plus a good AC in your case and if you choose a big HID light a cool tube for it, but do some research ..

thanks .. 400$ ? idont have that many cash bro.. but is there another way that i can grow my seeds indoor ?
