Yeah, Good luck with that...I am sure you can find that price for lower grade stuff..you would need to take a 20 pack from most people to get that price for topshelf.

top shelf bud is kind nugs that has been grown properly, harvested on time, trimmed great, dried and cured perfect... at that point pretty much any strain (depending on pheno) can be "top shelf" ... death star is sensi star x sour diesel and the death star around my parts is testing over 26% thc ( may be the reason it "fucks you up")

This is what the players of that game call commercial. They do this because they want people to believe top shelf only comes from the top shelf and that is it. ha ha if it isn't pineapple or trainwreck or one of the other weak strains they call top shelf or it isn't meds.

Good bud is grown in MI for sure but you will have to go threw a lot to find what you would call top shelf. Too much money for that shit.... I could go on all day but around here the growers are young and lazy and do not give a fuck about anything more then bragging rights and money and social standing.

Truth be known punk fucks come up here they will not be able to finish a joint. Yet they sell the bomb tangerine shit or this winner grape yet it seems as candy to me. 1st joint gets ya high so does second but you get into 3 or 4 you are looking for more. Marketing and the Taste around here are whats on top shelf old school seekers.

One more thing I will say without wasting another post is... To all looking to what growers in Michigan are growing there is of course the other side that whos pot you will never see in a CC or dispensary so please don't just judge us by that.

I for one am not aware of any parts of my plants being sold in a dispensary or CC I say this cause there are a hell of a lot more then you then you see.... I am not aware of anyone I knows plants ever going to a dispensary? I do no one thing if you ever run into a certain town and ask for SCT they will know what you are talking about.

Grandpas are still in the woods with there old school skunks which they have been growing since they were dads. Hippies lost a lot of there beans lol but there is some old school and some mean with them. They wont sell, They may give but will not sell. It is far more medicinal then topity shelfy. There are so fucking many that are not represenated in terms of MI! That never will because its all still too new and fucked up for them and they do not wish to play.

Give me 2 hippies and a grandpa from Vietnam that gave a shit and I would show you top shelf.

I very much disagree. Out of all the strains I've sampled, both by myself and others I would have to say at best 20% of commercially available seeds have the potential to be top shelf.

like i said "DEPENDING ON PHENO" youve probably had alot of bad phenos or not buying good genetics from good breeders.. 90% of any the strains ive grown could easily be considered top shelf ... i think alot has to do with the grower but some phenos are just not that great

seeds were through attitude/ dna sensi g13 serious and a bounch of others and grew multiples of most types just most were not heady just good

i know of atleast one disp in AA that will do $4k on a lb but it better be the best smoke you've ever tasted and pass all testing with flying colors which includes lab testing and taste testing . not very often is that price ever paid. their are a few elite growers that can command that price. i can safely say i myself am not one of them. someday maybe
