This has got to be the most RETARDED post I've ever read on this forum.

Do you live in all 50 states? How about every city/town/village in every country? you know the law of the entire world? How can you sit here and tell people to not be afraid to grow 1 or 2 plants, and that it's only a fine? Have you been caught and only received a fine before? Is it REALLY worth the risk? Think about what your saying and the effect it can have on impressionable people, seriously..

I don't live in the states. The risk is much higher in some countries, they kill you for possession in some far eastern Islamic cultures, not jail. And in those countries that are strict the jail time is much longer and much less pleasant. Try shitting in a hole in the floor without paper the rest of your life. No I agree with you, it is not worth the risk, even the pictures I take of plants from friends.

At the end of the day, the whole "being worth" the risk depends on the individual, and his/her/it's location and the laws that govern that location. Telling other people it's worth the risk and that they are silly for thinking they will get caught for having1 or 2 plants is ridiculous lol -- I could link 100's of stories of people spending a few days/weeks/months in jail over just one plant, here in the states.
And @Ganjacito I was talking to the guy who said it was no problem. Feel free to do as you wish, we all do, but don't accept his legal assumptions/advice as they are built on fairy tales.

...my advise is basically don't b a bitch...if ur scared to grow then don't...its pretty fucking simple.....the punishment and time that comes along with growing a couple plants doesn't make me afraid...I don't think the punishment for growing two plants for personal use in any of the 50 states should b enough to make any MAN "afraid"....if so then this hobby is def not for u....

For anyone interested in metadata of photos, it can also include the serial # of your camera, just to make you think about something else if you mailed in that guarantee card. Use Photoshop (or competitor) and change your metadata.

Last I heard, the php script on this forum automatically removes that info from photos uploaded here, have to check with a mod to be sure though.
