This is my journal pics.
I grew AK47 and HGS Super Mix.
I used the full lineup of fox farm soil and nutes + super thrive vitamin formula.
I used a custom built CFL hood to veg that consisted of 6 x 26w daylight bulbs and expandable to 12 if I needed to. I vegged for about 2 1/2 weeks.
I vented all my air with a regular square box fan up into the attic, no duct work or anything like that, just a fan laying down in the attic pulling hot air from the bathroom into the attic. I had two fans in the grow space, one that was constantly blowing on my 1000w HPS, and another that blew on the plants.
I grew with 1 x 1000w HPS light and a $5 timer from Kmart.
I didn't have/use pH testers, room temperature gauges, or humidity gauges.
I made many many mistakes during this grow because I was a virgin, I also learned a lot and my next grow, whenever it happens, it going to fucking kick ass.
Thanks to Rollitup.org and highgrade-seeds.com for all the help. I know RIU mods and admins seem to have a thing against HGS, but they really are legit and I never had a problem with them.

Many, and I do mean MANY others that smoked it also say it's either the best they have ever smoked or atleast in the top 5. People LOVE this plant. Only thing is HGS doesn't individually label the mixer seeds so I have absolutly no way of knowing what kind of plant it was which really sucks. But w/e, I just wanted to start off by saying how amazing that plant was.
OK, so here are the pics of my grow...

Here's where it starts to get fun. They have all been re-potted now out of the red cups, some have been re-potted for the third time actually.
In this picture you see "purp" and "AK". The purp is the seedling that popped up with the purple two leaves, it came from the HGS mixer pack. The AK is also from HGS, but not out of the mixer pack. I had AK and HSG MixerPack growing together. I started off with 26 seeds and 24 germed. Of the 24 plant 13 of them were males which left me with 11 females. Two of the 3gal pots had to have two plants per pot because I ran out of room in the small shower.

This was taken March 21, the seeds germinated on Feb 12th. So just over a month.
Here is that plant I talked about in the begining of this thread that is so fucking amazing. It doesn't look like much here, but man oh man...

Due to personal problems and some bad stuff going on, I was forced to harvest early...very early for some, but I had no choice. The following pictures are from April 18th, the day of harvest.
Just so frosty...if only I knew what kind of plant this was

After it was all said and done, I got 3/4 of a pound. It doesn't seem like much for 11 plants but consider this:
1. It was my very first grow.
2. I only vegged them for 2 1/2 weeks
3. I harvested them after only 6 weeks of 12/12
I could have easily pulled a pound and a half if I had done things differently and let them finish instead of harvesting early.
