Medical Marijuana Cultivation(Felony Probation, Cannabis, California)

My friend lives with me and my family. She's on 5 year felony probation(drug), can she still be here while I have an outdoor grow in CA? Even if she has her Medical Marijuana Card.

She should be alright. BUT, I would absolutely check with her parole officer first, just to make sure. Don't assume that it's fine just because I said so, get the answer directly from the source (parole officer).

i know plenty of ppl on parole that grow, its PROBATION OFFICERS you need to worry about

I was on felony probation and I had a PROBATION not PAROLE officer. They're basically the same thing.
Come by your house, check in on you, give you random piss tests. Etc.
