Slow Veg Question

hi, I was just wondering if giving a plant a slow veg period by not giving it a lot of light will affect the quality/ amount of the bud? Basically a plant has been planted that needs to be flowered in the summer next year. So could it be vegged slowly under less intense light and brought outside in 4 months time to flower? Thanks

The more light the more bud you are going to get cuzx the plant will be bigger with more lights.. and yes light amount does effect how much bud u get.

Generally speaking Justcause910 has the right answer to your direct question. I understand that you don't want to veg it for say 7 months and end up with a 10 foot plant cause you used really awesome lights. I would honestly work on an indoor flowering solution as if you had a plant vegging right now indoors you wouldn't see less than 12 hours of sun light until after June 21st I believe it is. Besides for flowering outdoors the buds will stretch like hell.

What kind of lighting are you using right now, and I'm assuming you are growing in soil?

Well you are supposed to give it a certain amount of light, but make sure not to give it too much darkness ie: 12 hours or it will start going into flowering stage.
