I cant do that cause i will need 4 reservoirs two for flowering and two for veg i will be doing a dual container aeroponic system. So the roots will have more room to work with.

20-27 gallons isn't much - got to home depot and get a Toughbox. They also have a 50 gal (I think) black one thats thick ABS for like $55. For $100 you can get a 70 gallon rubbermaid watering trough (mean to be stuck in a field for livestock)

The absolute best reservoirs are generally polypropylene water tanks - there damn thick and I've never seen one leak or break. They don't crack, so you can take a hole saw or drill or recip. saw to them without fear (which is good, because they have small lids)

walmart now has the 27gal toughboxes and also a 15gal version. they work great for a res, no bulging. if you want a larger res, walmart has one called a "smartbin" that is 50gal and super strong for $46. see pics of both in my thread, my three stages of flower.

I will get 4 of the 15 gallons. What im doing is for the veg and Flower room is I will stack two res on top of each other and run a aeroponics my bottom res will be where the solution and pump is and the top res will have the 360 sprayers spraying the roots the solution will run from the top res back to the bottom res threw a hole in the middle of the reservoirs.

i have a couple of the large igloos, but for a res the cost vs size doesnt work for me. a double wrap of bubble insulation around the 50gal smartbin(it has very thick floor and walls) works better.

27 gal tough tote or whatever it is from HD.. the one with the yellow lid. Igloos are always nice if you can afford em

The tote has to be thick strong plastic. The thinner plastic totes bow out when they are filled with water. They are not made for that much pressure/weight. The tough boxes can handle it. In one system I use a tough box with a 45 gallon gallon trash bin for top off. Smallish reservoir, but since it automatically tops off I dont have to mess with it a lot and it keeps my solution at an even level all the time (RDWC).

If cost isnt a issue then look to tray hugger res tanks, best in the bis!
Never heard of them so I took a look and those are some nice trays and ressies!

I do E and F so my ressies are underneath my trays. I have used a variety of rubbermaid bins, but finally broke down and bought the Botanicare 40 gal res for my 3 x 3 trays. The best feature is the low height, they saved me 9 inches of vertical space over the 45 gal storage containers I was using. In veg it's not an issue but I like to have as much vertical space as possible in flower. Also, one trick I learned when using rubbermaid or similar containers that tend to bow out when filled. I drilled a couple of holes in the lid by the edge where the lid and the bottom meet and bolted the lid to the res. This prevents the sides from bowing out so much that the lid pops off.

Let em bow, they won't break. The tough boxes will if you drag it with a considerable amount of water. I bought these expensive botanicare res's, and have broken the shit out of them dragging them to the sink to clean them out.

Plain ol cheap rubbermaids are where its at.
