I made it all the way through page 17 of this thread, but couldn't make it any further today...

If it isn't too much trouble can you guys please update me on the where abouts of the elite cut of GSC? Is IMedz still the main carrier? Have you guys gotten your hands on it? Is it everything it's cracked up to be....

I'm closer to the eastern side of the US, but will walk barefoot and backwards to get my hands on a legit cut and I'm willing to pay decent cash... Fill me in please.

For cali the hype is settling but for the rest it should still be worth it if people are up to date. Sometimes even around the bay area, people still think I'm talking about edibles when I say I have GSC. Not all patients are weed nerds like us grower/patients.

So you have a legit cut? The prices are now reasonable? Are the dispensaries always stocked with them? I would hate to drive out there only to find out that a dispensary with an elite cut is out of stock... Oh yeah, and how do you like it? Is it overrated?

I have what is supposed to be the real original thin mints cut. My propagator friend is really good and reliable. He searched hard and I trust him that it is the real deal to the best of his knowledge. All his other genetics that I have grown out are exactly what they should be and super high quality. I had only worked with cherry pie before my quest for GSC started and quickly finished with my friend, so I never knew exactly what gsc was supposed to come out like. I never even smoked it. I saw a few mid grades in some shops but never was impressed and the few top shelfs I found were like pie pretty much. My cherry pie and others that I came across were very kush like and so I expected GSC to be also. Not at all like pie...my GSC very fresh tang to it. I had some durban that was almost identical in smell, which is what is making me think mine is real. I also have some pics of it growing on this thread and others have said they they think its real too.

Despite my expectations of what it should be...what it(mine) actually is very good!! Really sativa dom, tasty and smells strong. almost like trainwreck but like I said also like this durban I had once. Growing wise, it vegged slow, and was really short, and yield was lower than OG's...so take all that for what you want. Smoke is great but I love OG so not my cup of tea. But mine could be fake.

Now most clubs have a legit version in stock up here but the original thin mints is always a questionable thing. Medicinal organics has a platinum and the normal gsc and both are really good and regulars in stock in bay area.

Thanks man. It sounds good, but maybe not worth the trouble of taking a trip out there.

Took me 2 days to read this whole thread...LoL! I'm in the same boat as Dan...I got 12 gsc clones from a friend and slapped 10 into flower and 2 in the mother room. I then had the opportunity to get another gsc clone from another source, so I did just to see if it was different than the one my friend gave make. I just recently went to harborside to find dhn's gsc, so I bought one. I now have 3 gsc's from 3 different places. I'm just hoping I get a gsc one...what ever that is?? The gsc I got from a friend is @ 6 weeks and the yield is garbage. After the stretch I thought it was gonna be a good producer...but as soon as the buds started to come together it was a let down. The 2 new ones I got is veggin super slow, so it'll be a minute before I get to see what these do. In the mean time...I think I'm gonna pick up MO's Gsc : D

dude if you have DHN's cut then you have the one miscbrah posted above you (platinum)... its dank. dont bother with MO's GSC its not GSC... it's not thin mints... its some fruity smelling something, but not related in the slightest... don't believe me? harborside stopped vending MO's cut, cause they had so many people telling em the same thing, that it wasnt the cookie in the slightest

Thanks for the heads up. I still woulda liked to have what ever MO's was. Looks good whatever it is...LoL!

I think I might have mo's cut then cause my cut smell like fruity pebbles and looked nothing like cookies in anyway shape or form or slight hint

What is the consensus of what GSC thin mints should smell like.
Mine smells just like Durban, fresh but sorta turpentiney. No huge nugs...even heads break down pretty small. Vegged really slow. My pics have passed the test but every GSC I see seems to smell and look different than every other. Just wondering what people are thinking is the real characteristics of the different GSC's but more specifically thin mints.
