Seed Sexing?

Hi all.

Many have asked if it's possible to be able to identify witch sex seeds are. Now as far as I know there is no damn way of knowing whatsoever, but have come across some info that states that you can.

I have attached a clip of how it is explained. Basically, one has to look at the depression in the bottom end of the seeds, round volcano like depressions are a true sign of a potential female seedling.

Now is this a load of crap or is there some valid truth to it? I will be testing this out on some bunk weed I have just to make sure, but if there are anybody out there that has more knowledge on this assessment, please drop a line and inform!View attachment 2431625

only way i can ever tell the fastest is doing a seed from start at 12/12 light but then the plants so small cant cut clones just take some time veg them for a while then flower so you can get some clones of your girls and cut down the boys but as far as i know you cant tell just by the seeds unless they are fem seeds form a seed bank

I agree, this sounds completely like a load of crap. There is nothing special about seeds in the sense that one can distinguish females from males. Only way to truly know is to flower it.

The only way you can tell the sex is when the PLANT shows you it's genitals. There is no secret way, no shortcuts. I remember some ass hat around here saying he could detect female plants by how they smelled in veg. He got called out by people that know what they were talking about and he decided to make some poorly executed "emperiment" grow to "prove it " to us. Needless to say he never finished that grow journal when he figured out he was wrong. Lol.

in japan they mastered how to tell the difference between eggs of females and eggs of males, this discovery alone dropped the price of eggs on the market overnight, we need some method to do the same for regs seeds.
