When did that happen? Doesn't look like it was yesterday. Were there government laws people had to follow called Jim Crow laws or anything back then? So government was the problem, but now its the solution too? That's what we hear out of the politicians mouths all the time, just depends on which party is talking about the other.

NBC's actions after the edited recording was played, they fired three employees, demonstrates that they knew it was a lie. Z had not been charged with any crime before NBC played their piece of propaganda. A few days later they continued the narrative with their "fucking coons" reporting. To me, this demonstrates their intent to libel Z. After the edited tape was played multiple times and the "fucking coons" lie was played multiple times and the gullible public (i.e. the "low information" fools such as Unclebuck and yourself) was sufficiently pumped up with blood lust, Z was charged with murder 2. A few weeks later the feds got involved and investigated Z for "hate crimes".

The only question is whether Z was harmed by NBC's lie. How much harm is attached to being charged with murder, which carries a potential life sentence in prison? What compensation would you demand if you were libeled in this way and charged with murder as a result?

The only mention of "hero" I have seen here has come from you.

I'm not a lefty. You think everyone who disagrees with you is a "lefty" I'm sure. Well, there's two sides to every story. NBC didn't charge Z, you think the prosecutor got Z's information from NBC? That's ridiculous. You probably think Martin had it coming. Whatever the real story is I don't know. But the police really didn't do their job. They didn't give Zimmerman a drug test but they gave Martin one. Z was on Meth aka Aderall chasing someone while he was armed. It's 95% positive that it was Martin who was screaming. They won't allow that into court because it's not 100% I think Zimmerman got mad cause he was getting his ass beat and shot Martin. Who attacked who first? nobody knows. Unless you think Zimmerman is reliable. Witness' at court said he was a racist bully. But you probably didn't hear any of that. FOX actually makes you more ignorant, it's been proven.

You have absolutely no room to talk. The right wing media stated that Martin was 6'3 Martin was 6'0" They lied about his weight, said he was a gang member, that he was on drugs, posted false pictures of him, making him look like a thug. I'm sure you bought all that shit and still believe it.

local governments made those laws, federal government ended them.

but that is inconvenient when you belong to the side that preaches for limited federal government and more local control of government.

The media posted grade school pictures of Martin and bully looking ones of Zimmerman. The recent pictures didn't come out until the RACISTS on social networking sites posted the truth, which you call "false pictures."

You have it ALL wrong. No witness gave any testimony that Zimmerman was a bully. period. Some person who claimed to work with zimmerman years ago was interviewed and said that zimmerman made fun of him at work. No one under any Oath and this is not evidence of any kind.

I can go to the police and say I am GZ's work mate and at work I saw George put on a clan uniform and attend the parades. Doesn't make it true, people lie all the time, watch CSPAN.

Based on physical evidence alone, Zimmerman would be free like he was before his "charges" against him were made. This trail is a witch hunt. It is all racially charged. If this had been two blacks, or some old black dude shooting a skin head punk, no one would be held on charges, given the same situation. And you don't try to deny it. Zimmerman’s attorney, Mark O’Mara, is trying to seal statements from “Witness 9″, a woman believed to be Zimmerman’s ex-girlfriend, who says Zimmerman has “racist ideologies”.

Your carrot/stick combo notwithstanding ...
the single biggest piece of physical evidence is Z's bullet in T's body. Physical evidence alone cannot discern between a righteous defense shooting and a picked fight gone bad. I accept that in that instance he'd be acquitted.
As for the other stuff, no comment. Race politics in the USA are a filthy thing, but don't allow such a categorical outcome as you suggest ... imo. cn
