The feds are coming! The feds are coming! If they do not succeed with their lawsuit and making marijuana illegal once again, than they are gonna come in and raid and throw you in prison maybe even kill a person or two. This is big stuff, colorado and washington have made marijuana legal. And now the feds are pissed! My advice? I say you setup hidden cameras, audio equipment, anything that can record any evidence of wrong doing. You can try to get a lawyer and sue the feds. By sueing them may in turn be protecting you at the same time. If you are charged with something, and you have evidence that is in safe hands, you may be able to bargain with them to give them the incriminating evidence and drop your charges. But they probably wont stay true to their word. But you will able to bring up a huge case after it is done. here is a great article on what is likely to happen....

Be careful with hidden audio. In my state, that is a crime unless you are part of every conversation recorded. If you record a conversation you are not a part of, that is eavesdropping and violation of those recorded privacy...even if recorded in your own house. An audio/video of bad cops acting bad will be tossed if audio was recorded illegally, and you will be charged for recording audio and the same video will be used against you.

My advice?
Don't worry about Colorado unless you live here and quit spreading dumb rumors.

The feds do not have the resources to go after medical marijuana grows. They have already said they have no interest in a guy growing a few plants in his basement. No every one and their dog is growing. how do the feds suddenly have the resources to after people growing in their basements? The state can not offer them any help.

Can you explain to me how the feds can over turn a popular vote that is in our constitution?
I do not think they can.

I know they can raid shops and arrest government officials that deal with regulation, but what are they going to do about the growers?
The feds have no idea that me and my friends grow a few plants tin the basement and even if they did it would be an incredible waste of resources.

Lol. Oh dear, I must go hide or something. the feds are coming knocking at the door. Likely to happen? tell me your credentials and the news article's support that proves this forecast of federal activity to actually make such a statement.

Just take your out of state paranoia and stay dafuq away. Be actually supportive and optimistic for the fact that this is the beginning of the end of Cannabis prohibition nationwide. Colorado and Washington were mere foundation and stepping stones for the handful of states that are, and WILL follow.

only time will tell.
my thoughts are to keep doing what you are doing.... keep a low profile.
let someone else take the hit and see where the feds go from there..ya, know what i mean....CYA.
would not want the feds to use me as an example.

I am very happy and will support the end of prohibition. But Honestly I dont see it becoming 100% legal state and federal until so many states (20-30+) legalize. Then I can see that the feds would be so overwhelmed that then and only then they would give up.

Link me a list of raids conducted in the State of Colorado in the past year and I will believe you chaos is coming. I think if the Feds wanted to truly go against us like you are suggesting, they would have done so BEOFRE voters passed Amendment 64. Ya know, raids on dispensaries to make voters fear. but thats just one possibility of many

doesn't affect my red card in the least, if the feds want to be ignorant fucks and TRY to raid everyone they will be quite busy and can expect complications.
