i am a very adamant gardener and every place i go i put one up for fun, its just habit ,but even more its human nature just recently we have stopped growing our own crops of food for what ever reason. among the thousands of years of history you will see humans growing anything. then i start hearing people stop growing and i think about it but then i would have nothing to do. so why would you stop growing? what are good reasons to stop growing?

Are we talking gardening in general or MJ?

I would say that for some people it can be hard on the body.
It can also suck to deal with problems.
It takes a certain amount of upfront cash.
New hobby takes over.

having children gives people a very good reason to stop growing. If I wasn't legal, I wouldn't even think about it. I don't like it as it is.

Plus if you get sick, hurt, bored, quit smoking, go to jail, I don't know man, that list could be a lot longer than the one for reasons to grow.
