Lament over children lost due to our Constitutional freedoms, namely the right to keep and bear yet insist that those same freedoms entitle them to destroy children in the name of reproductive rights and a woman's freedom to do as she wishes with her own body?
 
Funny how right wingers fight to protect unborn children yet have no problem letting them shoot each other once they are born.
 
That's debatable, and I honestly am not gonna get into an abortion debate.

My point is that if my wife makes that decision is has 0 impact on you or anyone else. An idiotic mother that doesn't secure her firearms from her mentally ill son sure as hell impacted plenty of people that had nothing to do with her shitty decisions

It has an impact upon the child that she may be a mother to.


My point here is that the argument can be as easily turned on its head. In reality it is either both or neither. Anyone who is for gun control should be for abortion control as well. Anyone who is against abortions should also be for gun control and the more strict the more in sync with their own values.

TRUTH!

They are advocates for the fetus, but once it passes through the birth canal that kid is on it's own. No food stamps, no medicaid, no gov't assistance what so ever.

Interesting point, and I don't 100% disagree with you on this, but with regards to abortions when does the blob of goo become a human, and should that blob of goo be afforded the same rights/protections as a 6 year old child? That to me is an important point.

I gotta say man, I really enjoy debating you. You keep it civil and present your points well. We don't agree all the time but you're a gentleman about it. I commend you and thank you for the greatest gift of debate. Opening my eyes to a differing view using logic and intelligence.
 
Just polished off a fat bowl of scissor hash from OG, Querkle, Plushberry and Apollo 13.....hehe I'm baked like a teenager, my comments will go downhill from here on.

I conceeded long ago that whatever it is, it is at least human from conception on. I can't argue cogently any other way.

I say we all agree that the only way we can be reasonable in our Constitutiona beliefs are to accept that children can wind up being collateral to our Constitutiona rights. Do what we can to protect children but understand that their lives are SECONDARY to our Constitutional rights - sad, sure, harsh, absolutely but there is no other way but to fall on one side or the other of both issues.,


Don't like abortions cause it kills kids to the point where you want to remove women's civil rights? Then accept that they should be able to remove yours - no abortions? Then no guns. Don't like those nasty old guns cause they tend to wind up killing children? Fine, but you don't get to have your abortions on a whim either.


Any other argument is pretty much bullshit.

How's your plushberry? I bought a pack, but haven't popped them yet due to all of the hermie horror stories I've been hearing.
 
I got 4 ladies from a 5 pack, one was lame and got culled.

The remaining 3 were all different phenos. The "green" pheno was best yielder, but didn't taste as good as the other 2. I kept the pink/purple pheno and I love it as do my patients. Not the greatest yielder but there's enough potency and the taste is one of the best I've ever had.

I've read about the herms, guess I got lucky i haven't got a nanner yet.

Show me where in the constitution there is a right to an abortion. I can show you where the constitution protects citizens' right to "keep and bear arms".

Weak argument from you, Canndo.

People have been murdered since man stood upright. People will continue to be murdered for as long as there are people. The US constitution hasn't caused any of these murders.

Not weak at all. There is no provision in the Constitution that supports government interference in a woman's pregnancy, in either direction. There is nothing in the constitution that enables the state to remove a woman's control over her own body.

The Consitution doesn't cause murders. and your point being? Simple logic, you don't get it both ways. If you insiste on your right to bear arms and children die because of that right, then you can't very well protest that children are being killed because someone else is asserting HER rights.

Both or neither.

That's not true canndo, myself and a few others have complemented your tactfulness. I usually don't agree with what you say but you're the least temperamental and well spoken liberal I have come in contact with.
 
this is a ridiculous argument.

gun control and abortion shouldn't be part of the same argument because they are separate issues.
