Organic food is much safer. Nutritional value MAY be similar (but I'm going out on a limb that natural seeds are better than man-made one's lol), but not ingesting pesticides is key. There still are harmful ingredients that slip into the organic market because of deceptive naming, but you have to know the "fake" name for the harmful ingredients as well and avoid those too.

Yeah, they definitely put chemicals in our water as well. Best bet is to buy your own quality water filter. The only real reference at the end of that article was the last one. What they found was a weak correlation in one group between artificially sweetened drinks and preterm delivery. Read the Conclusion sentence for the researchers' own assessment of confidence.

One possible and unconfirmed case of a slight risk of preterm delivery was the only science in that entire jeremiad. Quoting blog sources and pundits touting their own books is not research. cn
