To get the concentrate of oil that was being absorbed by the deep fried object to contain a high enough % THC to get you high would be quite hard.
As you have to deep fry in a large amount of oil, unless the whole oil THC content was high it would be almost impossible to calculate which oil would be absorbed.
Or butter in this instance.

i'd think that the high temps of cooking with oil, the smoke point of butter is 350 degrees for instance, would cook off the oil, therefore making the thc content much less imo..

Sorry it's been a couple days since I've been on! Take 4 Tablespoons of a canna butter and place in a sauce pan over low heat Sometime I add in onions and garlic at this step it depends on my mood. If you do simmer those on low until soft then add 1/4 cup flour simmer on low until it starts to get a little golden then add 1 and half cups of chicken or beef stock. Stir over low until it has reached the consistency you prefer! I also like to add fresh cracked pepper to the onions when I cook them.

Thanks a lot! This is going to make poutine better then sex and weed. At least sometimes lol, or as a reward after getting high and having sex...I think I could die happy then...anyway, on to the kitchen!
I preach cracked pepper and onions can go with just about everything lol, even just as a side of their own.
