Is it time to transplant this auto?

So should I transplant it or leave it in the small pot?
I think it being in a small pot will stunt it's growth more than transplanting it into a bigger pot. Should I just get it out of the way now?

I think I was just making a general statement about transplanting autoflower seedlings.

With what you have there, I would let them get a little bigger, to avoid killing them when transplanting. If they're too small, they're very delicate and any kind of disturbance could shock them to death.

So let 'em go another week or so, then transplant. Good luck!

My two cents on this subject,
Autos don't "need" more light, they do benefit by growing more with more light. So yea, moving them to indoor lighting after the sun goes down makes perfect sense. Draw back though, if you are keeping them outside, then bringing them inside you're risking hitch hikers tagging along. I've had this happen to me and lost everything inside to infestation.
As for the whole transplanting thing... I prefer not to do it, especially with short life span plants, like it was stated earlier you lose time waiting for it to recover, since the autos don't rely on a photo period and just time, loss of yield and potency is a risk.
Just my two cents.

Best advice to you is, don't take he back and fourth out of her environment. If your going to grow outdoors keep it outdoor, you can take it in for the nights. If indoors leave it indoors, your going to shock her. I've done that before and she grew small because of the environment constantly changing. That's why she is so small at 2 weeks. Best luck on your grow, you will learn your do's and d​on'ts as you continue to grow.

So, I shall leave the auto in this small pot and just see what happens?
She seems to have grown quite a bit in the last couple days. As in it has developed a complete new pair of leaves.
I love watching these plants grow, it's sort of my zen project for now.
For my next grow I am building a CFL box that I can grow maybe 10 plants in!
But yeah, I want to work with auto flowers more because of the quick timeframe.
I shall just leave this auto in the pot

Justme not trying to argue or nothin but when I transplant my stuff sure doesn't get stunted for two weeks it's like a couple days maney there right about the bringing me in and out but I'm not to worried about bugs in my little cab it's not that big of a grow anyway I think if you transplant it it's Hanna be shacked for at most a week but after it recovers its Hanna have nice extra room to stretch its roots and the saying goes more roots more fruits I believe ha just my 2 cents, but it is ur plant try what you want and c what works for u

I'd give it another week or 2. Wait till you can see roots coming out the bottom of the pot. Have you fed it any Nitrogen yet?

I've started watering and misting with Aquasol solution. It has a nice 23: 3.95 : 14 ratio so that should be great.
How often do you recommend I use it?

Edit: Found a recommendation for Aquasol if anyone is wondering and has found this post. Once per fortnight and be careful because it's highly concentrated. Dilute it at about 1/20 water solution otherwise you may burn your crops.

Hmm I'm not the best when it comes to ferts. At that stage i just give them a nitrogen booster and thats it.

If taking a plant in and out was a problem, I wouldn't have pulled about 8 zips off these two. They went in and out to flower, plus I brought them in and out to veg to save on power.

Are you going to try and flower 10 plants under CFL's? You're going to need some wattage for that, it'd probably be cheaper to invest in a decent fixture if you're going to get that into it. CFL's don't scale up well.

They look mean as, how long did you veg for? LST or topping? What medium?

Are you going to try and flower 10 plants under CFL's? You're going to need some wattage for that, it'd probably be cheaper to invest in a decent fixture if you're going to get that into it. CFL's don't scale up well.

What you do is get a nice wooden box and chuck in about 6-10 lights all up on the ceilings and walls.
The 150W equiv lights are amazing and pretty cheap. Been watching a few How To videos and usually the guys can buy everything they need for around $50. The lights being just around $20 all up.
One video calculated 16,000 lumens for his box. Impressive.

CFL's are a niche; they're okay, but not good for a 10 plant grow. You're going to have a room full of wires, sockets, splitters, and the like. And you're going to need over 100w per plant evenly dispersed over the entire canopy. Not to mention that the CFL spiral blocks a lot of the light from the inner parts of the bulb. In short, they're alright for small grows, but the bigger you go with them the more light you're wasting. Do what you want, I'm just asking questions to make sure you've thought about all the angles.

You'd be buying 10. That 60w rating is solely an index for brightness relative to an incandescent bulb. The 11w posted on the box is actual wattage of the bulb. If you've really got your heart set on a CFL grow, I'd advise checking out the subforum for that. There's a ton of people who have played around with it much more than I have who can help you with the ins and outs of such a thing.

I transplanted my auto, now its doing fine, but if you look at the drainage holes and theres roots there then transplant if not you will be fine for a while.

heres mine it has been transplanted from cup to 7l pot then 7l pot to 11l pot. View attachment 2470105 I also filled another 11l pot half way and put my plant hole pot and everything into that half filled 11l for some root expansion
