It happens around here A LOT. Much easier to stay the night in a drunk tank than outside in the cold.
I'd take my chances living in the woods, or doing a Shaggy & surfing couches.
My freedom isn't worth that type of security.

Not in this state - all public buildings are smoke free.

The fucking laws are so arbitrarly enforced. A woman who used to own a dipensary in Co. got caught selling 10lbs to an undercover for out of state shipment and she received no jail time. She now runs a coffee shop that is open for Cannabis Club operations at night. WTF. Don't get me started on Chris Williams, that's some bullshit right there too. I think the government just wants to set an example and have precedent for future cases. It's such bullshit.
