Oh yeah that is totally spot on, I remember they actually do those damned inspections. Yeah, don't mess with the locks I guess, bad idea. Case is getting pretty weak. I like the rent a house idea, you could get way more accomplished.

I know that it is abnormally risky...i also know that a lot of the risk is based on assumptions...( haha @ assumption of the risk) ...
no one here has a 100% calculation of the actual risk....& we never will until we actually commit the action
I would LOVE to be the 1st to publish such a success story...but without an inside guy as property manager....you are in uncharted waters.
we all know that a house is a better bet. BUT! what about the 1st couple of guys that wanted to grow indoors.
& all the unknown RISK they faced?

warehouse space is large...which drives the price up.
a uhaul office space is sky high...cause its viewed as a luxury.
office space is cheap... but as you can see ....it weirdz stoners out

I mean those storage like they have in those bin war auction shows. Those are pretty cheap and have good space. I've heard of people using them for hydro, but the renters might allow police and their dogs to sniff around the outsides. But like you said, odor is a non-factor.

The way I see it is that highrise office space is probably the most expensive to rent as it's been developed for business and the owners are expecting you to make money in there so they can ask almost wtv they want for the space.
