Ciggy butts in soil ok?

I've got some really good soil in a big 200litre tub but there is shit loads of ciggys in it.will this harm any plants?

LoL depends, is it like 50% butts...
Its probly ok if it's dry, if its wet I can see some of the nicotine leaching into the soil.
