Do Some Dam Research

What bugs me is the newbs that start a thread, 5 minutes later, comment 'why is nobody answering?', wait 5 minutes, post again 'fuck this site if nobody wants to answer.'
One guy just last week had 4 posts in 23 minutes, complaining because nobody had given an answer yet.
Those people need to go jerk off or something between posts, instead of thinking everybody else here is sitting waiting for a question.

OMF GI LOVE THAT generally happens at like 4 am too when no one is online!

Also pretty funny how you are bashing people for being uninformed, and you can't even spell damn correctly.
i`m only on my first coffee so i`m not reading this whole bs thread. i think what the op was trying to say was about the people that just pitch seeds in the dirt and want seasoned growers to hold their hands and give them step by step instructions. i don`t think he`s talking every new grower but just the ones that make you want to reach through the computer screen to bounce their head off their keyboard. just my take i could be wrong.

There are NO stupid questions. Just stupid people. If the questions bother you don't reply and move on.

Researching growing includes asking questions. Talking a problem out with other opinions is way more effective than any book. Reading a grow bible is the best place to start but even doing that some may have questions on what they just read.

While the noob questions can at times be frustrating, and yes common sense can answer a lot of the questions. Lets not forget at one point in all this we had those questions too. I'm not sticking up for anyone or things like that just remembering where I was when I started all this years ago.

i think when people start growing its a huge thing some have pry never grown a tomato in their life or a houseplant even. So we can imagine the excitement and the disappointment when their little ladies become sick or they hit a wall in their experience. Asking questions and doing research is how we all learn let's keep that in mind no matter how stupid the question.

i work at a grow shop so you can imagine. I get questions worse than on this forum everyday then on top of that people who after you tell them a way to better the garden look at you like your full of shit. I figure I did my job helping the best I could and he will have to let experience do the rest.

Now noobs who read this:

It will take time to acquire an eye for growing this sacred plant. It will not happen over nite. Be patient which is very important in all this. Grow with the intentions that one day you will have plants as nice as the seasoned growers journals you drool over. Once again all in good time. Michael Jordan said I've failed 1000's of times to only succeed once. We could walk you through your grow day by day but then when we aren't around you will have learned close to nothing on how to keep a healthy garden. Experience teaches that. Keep in mind like the human body we need proper nutrition and so does a plant. Put it this way just using the piss comment. Would you drink piss as a nutritious drink? Well your plants pry aren't gonna want to drink straight piss either. So pouring pop on it ect ect pry not the best of ideas also will more than likely get threads going like this. We all were noobs at one point those of us that have excelled in this have done serious trial and errors ruined many plants but most of all we swing on the spiral always trying to improve our experiences with the plant and tune it in. I guess like subcool says " get to work"

Id rather see 20 noob threads asking silly questions than the 10,000 posts a min on politics by the same 4 or 5 ass hats having their pissing matches. If i had my way politics and religion section wouldnt display when you hit new posts. I know it can be done as we did it on several forums I mod on.

There may not be a stupid question but there ARE lazy people. I don't mind answering a far fetched or difficult question, but I fucking can't stand laziness. Get off your ass, study some MJ growing links/videos, first, all so you can start your grow on the right foot. If you want to chase around some grower who doesn't want to dig his own hole, that's your prerogative.

Also, I never said anything about reading a book. I do read tons of books, but I understand someone who doesn't. That being said, the Internet is the most visual place on Earth to learn something (Videos/Images/Chat/Social Media). I put a link up earlier and the only fucking response I got was: "You must be in bed with those who run the website". What gets me about this is, people on here rail on me about something that is totally false, then they run and kiss the ass of some newbie who is whining over a 4 month old plant that is even a foot tall.

Sorry, don't have time for that shit.

Find one post on this Thread where someone is referring to people who are looking for a legitimate answer to a grow problem. We are talking about people who refuse to do their homework before coming on here, wanting to save an 8" plant that is 3 1/2 months old. This, my friend, is bullshit!!!

Removing this Thread will only feed the lazy asses who can't take the correction of learning before they begin “construction”.
i have been helping the lazy ass with the 3 1/2 month old 8" plant and so far he has ordered a 400w HID light and is off to a better grow. i personally find self gratification in helping people. if they are unwilling to accept my advice i move on. if they want to work with me to come up to a plan to help them get on the right track then i dont mind taking a few minutes to help him/her out. like someone else said if you dont want to help dont, its that simple. some of us enjoy teaching and helping others. some people read and read and read for days and never find the exact information they are looking for.

i have helped alot of people on this site that come on here and thier thread is titled "first time growing dont know shit need help" i have also established some new friends by helping these people out and made it so thier first grow was sucessfull. just because they didnt pick up a book dosent mean they dont deserve the help of the RIU community.

and just a FYI his only problem was lack of lighting and over watering. and since MJ is a light hog most people dont realize it needs so much light.

and like i said I did do this without reading anything and never doing it. sure i have basic mechanic skills but i still have never removed a motor from a vehicle and replaced it with another one. I had never removed any of the motor parts and put them back together on a engine....

diving into stuff hands on is how some people like to do shit, i bought a motorcycle last summer, never worked on a motorcycle before in my life and managed to clean the carbs and replace cables and a few other repairs. sure i bought a clymers manual as i buy a manual on any motorized machine i purchase...why because i like to doive into projects, learn as i go and get them done.
