Who blames the programs? I hope you don't think I do. I think putting them in programs would be best. However...in a round about way, I guess it's still us that are paying for them.
I think kelly was just making the point that the woman doesn't blame the fact she's broke on having 15 kids, she is blaming the system for allowing it to happen.

In the first 10 seconds of the video, it's said that the woman blames the system for her problems.

I'm sure it's been said but "somebody needs to be accountable for all these children, and somebody has to pay!"

How about you're accountable you dumb bitch. That kind of crap makes me so mad, it's never anyone's fault, always someone elses. If you can't support kids you can do so much, stop fucking for one! If you don't want to do that, birth control pills, condoms, getting the tubes tied or whatever, abortion, if you're against that put them up for adoption. But not fucking is the most effective way of not getting knocked up. You have to think what went through her mind after the second or third kid "oh crap we can't support these children...screw it lets have 12-13 more!"
The problem is that there is no negative reinforcement. The child cannot be punished for being conceived and brought to term. (especially by the right for godsake). The mother has a set of RIGHTS! wow, imagine that, a situation where the asserted rights of one individual causes society to have to pay for those who abuse their rights. Now how do we punish the mother (and the father) without causing the innocent child grief?

I have it. A finger from each. Simply to the first knuckle. For each child born into a situation where that child cannot be properly cared for without the help of the state, a single knuckle should be removed from the mother and the father. If the father cannot be identified, the mother gets two knuckles removed.

The children should go to homes where they can actually be taken care of. Im pretty sure its neglect to keep 12 kids in a hotel room with one caregiver. You are right the children should never be punished. The best way to punish them is to support the mothers actions by giving her money.

Stop welfare after the first kid, if you're feeling real "leftie" make it the first two kids.

I bet people stop having more than two kids (if even that many) if they realise nobody is gonna pay for him not to whip it out at the end.

Dont reward stupidity, it makes stupidity preferable and people are already stupid enough as it is.
