Pickle Queen
Sorry people need to vent....
I have a coworker that is bi polar and suffers from severe anxiety, she's always been a blast to work with until I got promoted ( she started a few months before me) Since she found out she's been snappy, questions my training in front of the 2 people we just hired and is just a ticking time bomb. She has exploded about half a dozen times in the past 2 weeks. Being friends I've tried to bite my tongue and not take her "moments" personal, but her insults and attacks have become very personal in the past few days. I decided to involve my boss since i'm at a loss of how to handle the situation and still do my job and train. Today she cried wolf and tried to tell him that i've been out to get her lmfao He is a decent guy and let her say her piece as she cried, screamed and pretty much had a tantrum ( she's almost 40) My boss sent her home, again... so far in 6 months she's taken about a month off for similar situations. The main issue seems to be that she does not always take her meds, when she does she's awesome. Damn it people I need some advice. I want an apology for how she's treated me but I know her type , it wont happen
What would u do?? How do I move on and forgive this person??
