The workplace is a fucking shithole. I put about 20 years in at three different jobs, quit work in 2010 and started my own biz and I'm as happy as when I was a teen without a care in the world. I did met some good people along the way but for the most part it was just a shitload of stress, conflict and feeling unappreciated. Dealt with many different types and all I can say to you is deal with it and make your peace. The longer it goes on without being resolved the worse it will get. No matter what field you are in conflict escalates unless it is resolved. How to resolve your specific situation I do not know. I think just venting on here may help some for now.
