Please help-----YELLOW SPOTS------please help

Im a newbie and my 12/12 from seed grow is slowing dying with yellow spots slowing but surely the spots are growing bigger by the day..couple questions :can ph levels in the water cause this because i use regular bottle water ,another question can heat cause this.the spots are more symmetrical opposed to random yellow spots that i see on other plants,anybody have a way to stop this ???thanks for any suggestions and your time

Soil looks good, i dont know why you went 12/12 right from seed but whatever, your choice. It doesnt say what kind of light your useing or how close it is but i would say...in the nicest possible way...please get that thing out of the styrafoam dixie cup its in and into a larger container. that could be a factor, good luck

Ok re-pot into better containers. Read a couple articles about root aeration in your medium. Flush them good with 3 x size of pot amount of water and what are you feeding them? I will try to help ya.

Those are about ready for transplant, but that's not causing your spotting.
What did you drip or splash on that leaf?

That cup is just too small for the size of that plant. Root growth is important, and it can't grow much in that tiny cup.

And if he's going to transplant them into bigger pots with new soil, is it necessary to flush the soil?
I'd say transplant, water, and feed a few days after.

The flush was for right away, who knows when he's gonna trans them right, those suggestions were not in order
