Strong beginner strains?

I've started my first dwc and ive always grown soil, Im currently running swiss cheese which I read was a beginner friendly strain and its proving to be so, its growing really strong compared to my bagseeds im also running which I cant seem to dial in. They are stunting alot more compared to my cheese. the bagseeds came from some good indoor that ive been saving over time. I check my ph and my city does have hard water, im not running ro just ph'ed tap water and the cheese is loving it, im vegging under cfls. the cheese is up four nodes and only about an inch and a half to two inches tall and about 3 across but my seedlings from bagseed arent responding well. temps arent too bad but can get a little on the warmer side. high seventys at most but they stunt and droop really bad with every res change. Its becoming really aggravating and is screwing with my timing for when i was planning on flowering. any tips or recommendations would be appreciated on strains just gonna bite the bullet and order seeds so I have a better idea of what im working with. Thanks all!

fyi mixing strains on the same res can sometimes be a nutrient and ph nightmare... the bag seeds might have been too old to be very viable for good growth.....

Go to Attitude and do a search for indica strains. In my experience they are perfect for beginners because they
are easy to grow and forgiving of most rookie mistakes. If you want simple buy some autos, set the timer to 20/4 and
let them go for 8-10 weeks.

If you are going to stay in dirt get some indica beans and do your homework.

Good luck, BigSteve.

My first was Madness from world of seeds diamond line. It was Dank! She yielded 2 oz dry and I only vegged for 4 weeks and used a cheap Walmart nute product. I've had about 4 crops now and it is still the best so far. Knocking on wood. I've got 6 more seeds that I germed. 2 madness off of my original plant, mamba nagra, stacked Kush, pineapple express, and THC bomb. The madness sprouted first and is growing the fastest.

Don't indicas take longer to flower? If so, then you want something faster that leaves less time to make mistakes.

Thanks for the info, ultimately i need more lights for a larger space so i can run multiple strains. i veg under cfls in a closet grow and flower in a growbox under hps but i dont have quite enough space for multiple res to veg the multiple strains in the closet.

Again , northern lights will take high or low temps , easy on nutes and a great beginner strain to kick off with producing tight strong nuggets, surprised more ppl have not agreed.
