Can I grow plants with minimal work?

Okay I may make a good amount of you cringe with this plan. I'm gonna grow in PA and plan on starting any day now. In july, I am going to a music festival and am hoping if it would be possible to harvest them by then. Whats the probability that the plants survive if I germinate them, then just throw them in the ground with minimal work? I want to do this to a bunch of them and hope a few survive. I realized there is the whole light cycle too, so I figured I could throw them in an abandoned house towards June and place them near windows to cut their light amount down by half. Is this in any way realistic or am I retarded? Thanks

Not really realistic, sorry...there really is no such thing as a free lunch ;)

(Then again, if it involves no time and money...)

It's a weed.....it will grow. But you get what you put in. You neglect them....they will have issues. You love them and they will reward you!

You have to think...if your not putting in effort to maximize, is it really worth the risk?
