It is on a timer to flood the top container. I have been getting mixed answers though on how to get her healthy again. Some people say that the nutrients are too high, others say that they are too low. I weakend then strength the other morning and I notice that more of the leafs are getting brown tips and curling. Also I notice some of the leafs are getting light in color however the veins are green. I did add espon salt to the res originally to add some mag. I am at a loss on what to do. Should I empty the res completely and just run a day or two with plain water? In Hydrotons and only watering 2 times a day? Hydrotons are usually used with a drip system or flood system that is timed to have several cycles through the day. The leaf tip burn you see is possibily from feeding a strong solution, maybe try a weaker solution more often. Looks like you could use a little calcium or mag. also.
They look hungry.
You may have just answered your own question. If leaves are doing what you say that means it is probably nute burn. Just use a ppm pen so you can see the strength of solution and you will know if too high or not.It is on a timer to flood the top container.
