Ok so the Apollo. Comes with two lights. One is a High Pressure Sodium. The other Metal Halide. Which should I use for my 3 food tall plants?

Metal halide for vegetative cycle, hps when you switch them to flowering(12/12) lighting.

Ok I put the. New Apollo light set up in. One of my plants stem cracked because it's so long it's own weight made it lean over then bend. but it's still attached. Is that bad? Like is it not going to heal?

Also on the HPS flowering stage does it need be 12/12 too?

Oh hey also if I may please ask. I'm using Advanced Nutrients. One bottle is part A the other part B. On each one it says to use 4ml with every liter of water. But is that 4 liters total or per each part? So like for each liter of water use only 2ml part A and add 2ml Part B. Or for each liter of water is it 4ml each A and B making it 8ml total?
