Will my plants grow too tall and when to start flowering?

I am 1 month veg with Super Silver Haze and Jack Herer
they reach 9'' now,my question is if i veg for one and half month more (thats 2 and half month of veg total),will they outgrow my 7' tent
They are in 10 gall smartpots
600w Dual Spectrum
24/0 cycle
There are some pre-flower pistils already showing
Other question is when is a good idea for me too start the flowering for a decent yield?

How many Nodes do they have?
You said they are 9" is this 4 weeks from Germination?
Super Silver haze and jack herer are both pretty Tall plants but 7 ft should be just fine as long as you dont let them go mad. lol

Why do you have a 9" plant in a 10 gallon container?.

That aside, proper topping/pruning methods will resolve your height issue.

4 weeks from breaking soil,been struggling with temps that could've stunted a few times twas very cold

They'll get 2-3 times as big a they are when you start to flower, keep that in mind.
