Well, I checked out the hydro store close to me.
Nothing special really. Looked like an average grow shop. Had all the same overpriced nutes and soils. Oh and don't forget cloning gels.
Guy tried to introduce me to Green Planet nutrients. Oh silly man, do I look like a sucker?
He did give me a free bottle of General Hydroponics RapidStart rooting enhancer. Prob will never use it, but yay freebies!
His shop is the only one that has large 125w-200w cfls.. so I may go back there one day.
Until then I stick to HTGsupply and Homedepot.

I bought two 125w cfls from hydro store here in the city and ending up paying around $120. For 120 bones I can get full 400w hps set-up.Ms. Flame maybe you look like a noob
but look at it this way FREE STUFF

Added a second 35 watt bulb to my plant. Also added a fan to keep the heat down.

Ugh. second bulb made my first bulb go pop. Temps got too high. I fricken hate that shit.
Either that or I am overloading the cord. Which is weird, because I can take 4-5 reg 23w cfls and run them through on cord no problem.

Quite annoyed right now. I could return the bulb, but it was my fault it broke.
I just hate losing money.
I'm thinking I may have to set up my tent again. I really don't want to.
I need a higher intensity light to keep down stretching. The 23w store cfls don't ever overheat. WTF. Shitty ballasts?

stay away from the area for a little. i broke a bulb in my room too and i opened it windows. cfls have a ballast so theyre powered by a element, destructive to dna to breath in.
what color bulbs you looking for? six dollars, shipped! 3000 60 watts enough for a plant, and it comes with hoods makes efficiency so much higher
i would use them if i my bulbs died

60 watts isn't enough for 1 plant, you want at least 100 watts per plant in veg buddy.
nah we are big enough to handle the poision..we filter it..but some things add up. like metal intake, and radioactive energy intake..it takes the body long periods to purge itself of these materials, theyre energetic. metals..long time to go through the system.
radioactivity is strong enough to zap dna immediatly. its from the earth too..in a weird spot in mother earth..
cfl has mercury, a damaging gas element

yup..even sativas will swell up a lot.
make sure to feed a good amount of food at this point! might feed mine once a week unless they get too big lol
