I like blues and purps a lot myself, but in my opinion, there's too much of them floating around where I live. The bay area has been on the purple and blue hype for a very long while and I've just always wanted to have a pink lady! I've only smoked a "pink" strain once, which was Asian Fantasy (hands down, best high I've ever had) from Hollywood City Collectives from my trip down to Southern California and have failed to find another again...
Is there a slight chance that you can swap one pink for 4 purples with me?

I hear ya bro.. yeah, I really like the newer purp strains that's coming out!! Hell there's even " Chinese " strains out!! I didn't know this myself till the other day!! 1 I seen on the sire was called "China White" haha.. lol..

Yeah, I actually came across someone selling that strain out on the street.
For Black Christ man, I thought he was trying to sell me heroin!
But yes, the purp strains seem to very abundant nowadays as they've become very popular in many parts of the world (especially Northern California). They seem to have a new strain of purp every day now!

I do not like indicas and feel that their inclusion in the breeding game has reduced both potency and altered it from making you high to making one sleepy

Well, yeah & no imo.. I have smoked on a few Indicas that knocked my "dick" in the dirt!! No bullshit, & all kidding aside! But that's "very" few!!

Don't get me wrong, I just am one of the most impatient people I know, and also like the looks of the Indica buds better.
I don't like to have to plan ahead if I want to smoke, and plan on getting lazy.

I second that, from all of my outdoor grows that I've done, Indica's tend to be a lot more colorful (I'm very fond of different tones of color on my buds/ladies) and a bit on the denser side. Don't get me wrong though, some sativa strains get very, very dense too. For the smoking part, I tend to feel a lot more lethargic/sleepy from sativas once the high has gone away. But with indicas, I feel kind of slow while the high lasts, but once the high is done I can continue on with my day like I haven't even smoked!
But then again, it might just be me. Plus, I do tend to smoke a lot more indica than I do sativa, so that's probably another factor in why this is.

apologies as I always seem to indicate that others wants are silly but that is not what I meant at all...I know there are plenty of people who prefer stoned to high... and do what you like for sure...but I wish indicas were for the most part kept seperate and not infused to the point where it is so hard to find real pure sativas...and I for instance make up for the extra flowering time by growing trees with abundant yields...I mean if you're gonna flower for 12=16 weeks whats a couple of months veg time gonna matter?..then the waiting is moot after the first run when one runs production last longer than a year...lol

Understand completly!! On the other hand, at times somtimes I really don't "feel" like waiting on how long "Sativas" do take to do there thing!! The end reward is worth it, & don't get me wrong, I like Sativas just as much as Indicas. But just like with growing, like said, somtimes I feel like growing a Indica over a Sativa, for that very reason. Being low on smoke, & not wanting to run out like a month maybe two before my Sativa gets finshed! Thasts "my" reasoning for liking the "Indicas" just a tad more then the Sativas. Somtimes you feel like a nut &u somtimes you don't!! but I do have a few "pure" Sativas that I like just as much as some Indicas.. I don't know if you can understand that, but that just how I feel.. there's bound to be someone that feels the same... .

It's not a problem. You have a whole bunch of replies to this thread, I'm surprised that you can keep up!
2 feminized mendo purp seeds (I bought clones for my current grow because I didn't want to wait for them to germinate (yeah, I know, I'm very impatient , but I did buy the seeds on my trip there ), and 2 feminized purple gorilla seeds.
Plus, I'll throw in a little jar that has about 30-60 (I'm not going to count them as I'm very lazy , but I will if ya want me to) sour diesel seeds that came with an ounce of some outdoor sour diesel that I bought from a local dispensary, that is if you want them.

I have grown a pure Mazar that was potent as hell and trippy too...only time I truly enjoyed indica...dont get me wrong I will smoke them just not my thing and growing them is too...lol...easy

I have been ranting about that since the late 70's my friend...lol

And while I know HG is not well admired to put it nicely...lol...I agree with him on lotsa points and feel people do not read what he is actually saying...but I can also relate that his lengthy diatribes are a putoff to most and garners him lotsa reprisals

I don't actually have to big an issue with the guy at all. I have also made a point of reading through his very long posts. He does often have a good point on some things, I think its just hard for some to get past the rant and the length.

I personally love sativa smoke and though I wasn't around in the 70s-80s I'm sure I missed out on some amazing genetics. I've grown out some full blooded sativas, and some aghan kush at the same time, and everyone wanted the sativa once they smoked it. Personally I think they look beautiful too, and even though the trichs tend to be smaller, they sure were completely covered with them. I didn't eve veg long, and but I topped and used lst and they turned into absolutely perfect bushes.
