Well all the advice that I have received has paid off so far (probably cuz I actually did what yall said) Tomorrow is actually 3 week but Im waterin today, so decided to take some pics. The 2 biggest (my wife named We & Ed..weed) are really amazing, the growth I see each day is awesome and the stalks thickening up and branches starting to show...any way the 2 sickly ones (my wife named Humble & Bumble) are showin some life not much, but they were reachin for light & I guess that's good. Haven't started nutes yet, (or named the other 2) I will next week, a small amount at first and work my way up (Miracle Gro 8-7-6) what other "cheap" products can you guys recommend that may be better?? Just spent another $60 on 2700k CFLs & fixtures (8 bulbs, 4 fixtures, 4 double bulb sokets) and I mixed the 27s in with my 65s for more light spectrum...As usual all input is welcome..as well as comments.

Looking good try to put the small ones up on something to keep them close to the lights.
Do not water all of them at the same time if they do not need it.
If any is redundant sorry trying to help a brother out!:bigjoint:
looks great keep up the good work!

I agree with hiitsbob....get them all close to the light, keep them a consistent distance to the lights...and don't over water

BTW, I love your coffee containers/pots..simple, cheap, effective and enviromently positive (re-use)... I especially like that brown pot with textured patterns (pic 1 & 2)...way cool

well some people tend to be testy. need a few more rippers.:eyesmoke:
if you can they will handle 1.5 inches or less if temps are low enough.
i know hard to monitor sometimes worse than babysitting kids.:wall:
seriously tho keep up the good work. pm me anytime if you have a question if i do not know answer will help you find it if i can.

As far as your question in the first post, the nutes you mentioned will work fine, probably even into flower.
I actually used the MG all purpose (24-8-16) from day 25 until the third week of flower, so as long as you pay attention to them, you don't have any worries with that stuff.;-)
Good stuff going on there!

is there a reason you go cfl's. leds can offer so much more. intial cost yes much more.
i went the cheap route with cfl's. but when i start work in march i will invest in an led setup.
i believe cfl's can make just a good green just other lights are much easier.

Thanx! The one that's setting higher is mine (new)...it cost 1,250 to build...the one on the ground I built 5 years ago and sold for 500, it took that long for something to go wrong w/1 of my machines...lol..it's in for a complete overhaul..new everything, about 800 in parts so far...but I can build a budget gamer for around 500

I have done it in the past, but never in a side by side with one plant without Molasses, so I can't say if it helped or not.
I couldn't tell any Molasses taste like some say, (which I didn't think I would anyway), but have been Chatting with SOMEBEECH a bit, and he has used in the past I think, and we agreed my last week or so I would water with just Molasses since I recently burned her a bit.
But, I have been giving 1 tsp/ gal every other water throughout the grow since I started feeding at day 25.
The only thing I'm not sure of, is I remember reading that the Molasses has a tendency to drop the PH more than just nutes will.
And Jpeg, ya, he's got some good stuff going on.
Been busy lately I think, but I follow his threads also.;-)

i believe the molasses is to feed microbes in the soil. which breaks down organic material that feeds your plant npk. i will try this. do not know if it is really fact
but a lot that i have read states this. and i believe it to be true to the sciences.
