hey now, if barry passes a budget and creates an economic plan which results in a reduction of the deficit i will cheer himm on. if he comes up with a budget and a plan that breaks even ill celebrate his glory.

as long as he keeps using the bush budget, the bush baseline funding and the bush economic plan, he cant claim shit except the new spending or new taxation he authorizes OUTSIDE the bush plan.

barry is a big spender and big taxer and all this taxing and spending is riding on the long term budget provisions set forth by bush, or are you unaware that budgets are invariably crafted to create LONG TERM deficit reductions (remember the clinton's imaginary future surplus?) while creating HIGHER deficits in the short term, so the incumbant can claim future victorry and his replacement has to dismantle the last guy's budget to install his own brand new ten or twelve year plan with higher deficits in the short term but a glorious future surplus (which will of course be dismantled by the next guy)

this is uncharted territory, since normally a new budget comes out to kick the can down the road every fucking year. as long as barry keeps falling on his butt the economy may continue to improve, but if he puts on hsi orthopedic leg brace and gets really lucky he could undo it all with one halfhearted kick.

even barry's new spending and new taxing hasnt managed to derail the long term budget program crafted at the close of the bush administration, and while this is a GOOD thing, barry can not claim success based on hsi personal inability to deliver on his stated goals.

continuing resolutions are not any type of budget. they are in fact simply contiinuing resolutions. by refusing to pas a budget the "Ruling Party" of the obama regime has abdicated their claimed expertise on matters fiscal, and simply abopted a "lets do what bush did" policy and Let That Shit Ride. thus any reduction in the deficit cannot be attributed to barry, but instead must be accepted as the inevitable result of the continuation of the Bush Administration's fiscal policies. why is this so difficult for you to grasp?
