Not seeming to grow and limp leaves

Hi all! :-D

I started my plants 19 days ago. I kept them in a humidity dome just in rock wool for about 14 days, and moved them into a DWC set up 5 days ago. They maintain about 70-80 degrees with 50-60% humidity (which I keep high with a humidifier in the tent, because it's really dry and cold where I am right now). I have the DWC at 150ppm, and have been misting them 2-3 times per day with 130ppm water. My pH is right around 5.5-6.0 I think, I'm currently using a color drip test to figure pH because something is wrong with my pen. The water in the res is probably 5-6 inches from the bottom of the basket, is that too far? I also have the lights about 1-2 inches from the little ones.

I was cycling the lighting 18/6, but recently decided to change them over to 20/4 after doing some reading into photosynthesis. Is this an okay change in my veg lighting?

These pictures are from today, I am really worried about the girls. They haven't grown really at all since I moved them into the DWC, aside from some new very tiny leaves. The roots also seemed a little flat when I moved them from the humidity dome into the DWC, but I assumed with water underneath them the roots would just bounce right back. I'm still not seeing any roots, how soon should I see them coming out through the hydroton? The leaves also seem to be very droopy, especially on the Sweet Deep Grapefruit (The last 3 pictures). I've only done one other grow and I think maybe I just got lucky lol... I don't remember them growing so slow. I look at other people's journals and see at 21-28 days the plants are massive in comparison to my little ones. Are the just done? I wouldn't think so they are still green and upright, but they are producing new leaves so slowly. How can I get the droopy leaves to come back and them to actually start growing? Or am I just being impatient? Thanks in advance for the help! -Cheekshu

changing your lighting from 18/6 to 20/4 could of done something since light change can be stressful sometimes.
also the trasplant to your dwc could of shocked them. are you feeding them?

They look good to me. Just give them time and they'll pick up again.

What did you spray them with? No need for that. With seedlings that small, it's more likely to cause mold problems (damping off) than do any good.

Also, what's the temperature like? Cool temps will slow the growth rate.

EDIT: never mind. Temps are fine.

Just through some nutes in the water underneath them. I use GH FloraGro, I also use that to even get my water up to 150ppm. Is there another method I could be using to help them be better fed?

It ranges, at night they are at 65-70 degrees... during the day 70-80. I have only been spraying them with water, I add a bit of vinegar to get my pH down to 5.5-6.0. I was spraying them at first with FloraGro, while they were in the dome, but that's when the roots started looking odd, sort of flat and brown at the tips so I stopped that.
