I know 8 plants under a 150w definatly won't be great. If you want to grow that many plants I'd suggest getting a 600w or 1000w. At least a 400w hps. I've never used t-5's but I hear they flower just fine. Goodluck man

If you got the room and the $$$ and can keep the temps down, go big!
For 8 plants, I would also consider a 600W min.
I don't like the 150 size. For HID, I think 400W is the min (good for a ~2.5x2.5' space). For bigger spaces, get a bigger lamp.
I have a 4x2' T5 for vegging, then a separate area with a 400W HID for veg/flower.

I plan on making two rooms one for veggi and one for flowering same sizes. My question is can I use 3 four foot t-5 a total of 6 bulbs for my veggi room for 8 lady's??? Oh thanks for the reply also....

Sure, it would work.
2 rows of 4 plants under 4' lamps.
I am currently vegging 2 plants under 2' T5. Works well.

How long do you plan to veg? You may have some space & canopy penetration issues with your setup if veg for a long time with no training for plants. I got a small grow box, and I scrog so my plants are small w/training under the T5s.

I like the idea of two rooms. What are the dimensions?
If your flower room iis the same size as your veg room w/the 3 T5s, you may want to consiider a 1000W lamp. If your room is more rectangular than square, you may be better off with two smaller lamps rather than one big one.

Idk how long I will veggi depends on how big they get I will be doing a lot of lst and topping them. The flower room will be the same size as the veggi room 4x5x8ft high.. for that room I will setup more juice in lighting when that time comes...what do u think about all that???

6 T5 tubes over 4 or 5' seems lean. If you train, and don't get too big, could be OK.
My T5 fixture has 4x2' tubes in ~14". Maybe ~3" separation between tubes. You are going to have 2 together, then 10" gap? then another fixture, etc.
You have already bought the T5? If not, your operation may benefit from a HID in the veg room as well. You could use clip-on CFLs for germination.

You could repost this in the grow room forum - might get some more input.

Lookin' decent, work through it and get things as it's in the budget - if issues, by all means post and am sure there's help for just about any topic here :)

Plants look good & healthy! Good job!
Maybe a little stretchy (bigger gaps between nodes). How close do you have your T5s? I had mine ~1-2" away.
