can you tell me how you went about getting rid of it entirely!?
Entirely is a complete sanitation of -everything- and I do mean everything. Anything that touches a plant gets put in at least 20% bleach, would even go higher, depending on what the tool is made of.. for at least 30 minutes. Steam cleaning -everything- fabric and carpet-wise, fogger treatment as well as wipedown of all walls with a solid bleach mix. Clothes worn when in the room.. come off immediately while inside the room, and put into a trash bag. Said trash bag is then put into the washer, then ripped open.. Triple wash and rinse with hot/hot. After that laundry load is done, run 5 jugs of bleach through your washer on a cycle by itself, then do 2 cycles of just hot/hot to rinse - careful when you open the lid after the bleach run as there will be more than likely a nice bit of chlorine gas produced and it can be quite toxic/fatal if inhaled for a short period of time. This will ensure no potential residue that was on the clothing that may sit in the bottom of the wash gets picked up by another load of clothing, and re-introduced into the household. Bleach all knobs, and then lysol them - anything wood-based.. pine sol, full strength with no dilution whatsoever. Wipe down any/all surfaces with bleach, if in doubt.. wait for bleach to dry then rinse. After that dries, lysol.
