NEED help with yield PLEASE

Hello my fellow pot lovers

A newb entering my third grow and the previous two, far as health and potency turned out fabulous!
but my yield (imo) is below average for a rookie. I'm looking to yield a minimum of a 1/2 lb working with the following....

3x3- 8ft in height
300 watt HPS
250 watts of CFL's (550 watts total)

6 plants, 91 chemdawg (could add more or reduce)
3 gallon smart pots
coco-coir

things I already did and do. (CHECK LIST)

-Veg'd for 6 weeks-
-Proper PH- 5.5.-5.8 for VEG. and 6.0 for flowering
-Topped, all plants-
-Advanced newts. ''Bud ignitor'' and ''Big Bud''
-climate control- w/lights off, low 59-65 degrees......w/lights on, high 72-77 degrees

Any suggestions, some effective techniques on how to reach my goal of a half pound or more????
I'm VERY interested in SCROG and LST. I put in a lot blood, sweat and tears in this and it'll drop my head
for a while if i spend another two months and yield only 85 grams off 6 plants!

scrog is the best high yield method you can do

Scrog is the way i want to go but with 6 plants inside 3x3??

I run 2 plants, scrog with a 600 watt hps in a 3x3x6.5 tent.
The most I have ever put in there is 4 plants.

SCROG will help... but so will more light and LESS plants, IMO... I went from doing 4 ladies per cycle down to 1 or 2 and I went from a 150HPS to a 250HPS and I saw my yield improve ALOT. A 3x3 space is pretty tight for 6 ladies, I always try to give each plant a square foot.

how much space are u working with and how many grams per. plant do u average?
