First grow tent!

My first grow tent was delivered earlier today. Appears OK quality, though the new fan is a bit noisy and I'd wished the frame was a bit sturdier. Just happy to have as little leaked light as possible in my apartment, and also to eliminate the odors when I start flowering my babies.

I'm a new tent grower myself now growing my second crop. I use to grow with cfls' but now I have a tent and a 400 watt switchable ballast. First tent crop was not too good because I was using 3 gal pots when I normally use 5 gal so stupid me over watered and what I got was good it just wasn't the oz per plant I was counting on. Good luck with your grow and if you forget everything else try and remember this,it's a fucking weed we're growing.

Glad to see some more tent growers around here... I love my tent and the flexibility it has to offer. If shit hits the fan, I can break everything down and make it all disappear in less than 4 hours... I know cause I had to do it before! If you guys need any help with anything or just wanna compare notes... hit me up

Yup -- had to do this myself. Two plants a week from planned harvest were cut and hanging while it took me three hours to disassemble, clean, pack and store my tent and all hydro equipment. Place was squeaky clean, like nothing ever happened. :)

Nice one dude. I ended up spending out £250 on an acoustic fan after 6 months to salve my paranoia the loud one created. Peace of mind is priceless to me.

Good luck with your growing! :-)

I might have to take back some of what I said here. The tent leaks a little light thru a few seams. Is this normal, since I'm under the impression some tents are supposed hold 100% of the light inside (and outside)?
