Pics always help.......Hard to say. What kind of soil you using??? Your Ph should be more like 6.5 for soil. You are way too low at 5.3. The 2 -100 Watt CFl's are good as as long as they are 5K - 6500K in the color spectrum during veg. And 2000k to 3000k during flower. Also being that young you shouldnt be feeding nutes yet. The soil usually had enough nutes in it to keep the plants growing and alive for the first 3-5 weeks of veg....

drooping, 75% of the time, directly relates to watering... either over or under watering. Your post makes it sound like you are watering daily.

Looks overwatered let the soil dry out then bring ur ph up to 6.0-6.8 is a the best range for soil. You are watering 3 times a day in soil? That's why your plant looks droopy. Water the soil every 2 3 days when it dries out(this is a good thing).

Im not an expert by anymeans but it looks like 1 of 2 things. Probably over watering, but i found out with an experiment and reaserchi of my own that young plants can acually get too much light. Depending on how close they are try backing them away a little bit. Hopefully this helps you

Fix your Ph bro.Just give her water. As mentioned for the next 3-4 weeks.
Don't over water. Pick the container up. Just moist soil for seedlings. Not wet, or dry. Use your fingers, go about a inch down. If the soil is moist your ok. She'll bounce back man.

Your problems all appear to be overwatering. Your soil wouldn't be drying out 3 times a day unless you had a 1000w hps on top of them.
The top layer would dry, but not the bottom. Dig into the soil to check how dry it is.

When these little leaves begin to die it is time to start feeding. Feed lightly. Seedling are too sensitive and just don't need to be fed at all:

These have all the food for the plant. These leaves are here so the plant can develop itself and its roots so the tiny roots aren't put to work straight away.

Also. The lights you're using don't produce too much light for seedlings. Keep them as close as possible without it getting too hot.

Your over feeding them, the leaves will turn a dark green when there is high amounts of nitrogen. Your leaves should start to lighten up in color. Look for that 2-3 weeks from now. That's the sign to start thinking about feeding again. You need to find a new place to grow, there gonna find out and your gonna be fucked. Its the way it usually happens. Plus you gotta think about if you get busted they can lose there house or more. Trust me man Ive been busted before they take and do what they want man. Your house your vehicles all the money in the bank account.
