What do you do to lower your tolerance?

Growing up my stepfather would smoke his red glass bong with a 6 shooter revolver for a bowl (circa 89-90's) then the next day get on his mountain bike for at least an hour. When he would come home from ibm he would go do bike timetrials locally to counteract the herbs taking over his lungs i assume. We would also x-c ski in wintertime to knockback the tolerance and stay healthy, i really wish i had that drive to motivate and stay enegized nowadays. What do you guys do to help your tolerance go down?

yea a break alway work, but smoking some new stuff maybe stronger stuff, etc Hash/oil/Kif or just another strain usually make a different, bakeing with it might also give you another high/stone, or just smoke it in another way can do a different, choises is many joint,pipe,bong,chubang,bucket,dirt pipe,a mellon,water pipe, vapor aso be creative, google is a great tool

Gym. I go in baked, but by the time I leave (2 hours) I'm typically sober again. I give it a couple hours after that then bake again. I always get more high than before the gym

exercise does help remove thc from your system. when i started smoking again about 2 weeks ago i would exercise and get high! it was such a long time since that happened, like i was jogging and all of a sudden i started getting a buzz(not like a runners high) this hasn't happened to me in years.

Well I smoke to help cope with pain. If I didn't smoke a few days then I would be hurting. I have a variety to chose from and methods to smoke with so I always get high. Now I'm trying edibles also and they are pretty killer. So I guess I really don't see a point in lowering tolerance when I've been gettin high just fine for many years.

I am forced to sleep at some point... hence my tolerance break.. If I was not using it for pain meds.. I still would not stop using it.. pain aint the only issue I have.

Mine stays fairly low. I used to smoke daily but in the last few years I have cut down to social events and special occasions. I really only had tolerance issues with cheap dirt weed, once I switched to a much higher quality I always got stoned.
A good way to help though is to stop smoking when your high, Smoke a bowl just a few times a day. Don't keep smoking just for the sake of smoking. Unless you are medical and you are smoking for pain or something else there is no real reason to smoke all day.
