I ama noob. I pretty much just want one main cola or two main colas (assuming 2 will get me more bud) how do I do that? My plants are only 1 week old now. (Bubblelicous)

you either Top or FIM em (LST is also a option) do some research/googling on the different techniques
not the best Pic I know, just found one online, idea is to snap of the top, it will then spread out with atlest two new tops (like a tree in a storm who snapped but survived can branch out and grow two main tops)
its normally done when the plant have +5 leaf Nod`s maybe around week 4 or so depending on how fast your plant grows, it can be repeated agin later on for multiple tops, but each time it will stun/stress the plant a bit and take from a few days to + a week to recover and start its grow agin, with multiple tops you will get smaller colas but IMO more over all yield, if you can get 6-8 tops insted of one and each is 1/2 to 1/3 size of a single cola, well you do the math

another "bonus" is your able to keep more of the grow/canopy/Buds with in the light with small bushy plants instead of a tall slim plant and as artificial light no matter what kind wont penetrate like the Sun would, it will give your plants more light so to speak.

I asked a question and it took me to this exact page duh thats kind of how google works and by your reply i see im at the wrong site cause 1 of the reasons i love this 420 culture is the kindness and the willingness of most people involved with growing in helping their brothers and sisters. I topped this one twice which created 4 main tops, then tied those down. Pics of what it looked like the day I tied it down (lst) and today.
