they were only 14in or so tall when i flipped em m8, had no intention of them getting anywhere near this size.... WARNING! WARNING! lol they literally stretched for the first 2 weeks of flower to nearly 3 n half foot tall, was crazy and a first for me. i vegged for 3 months before now, blueberry, and ended up with 6ft trees, but i was expecting it and had the conditions to deal with it..... this lot proper threw me....

just a little update

fed a nice strenth of bloom feed yesterday, PHed it to around 6.5 with baking soda everything looks nice and healthy, im expecting the growth explosion soon, by next weekend should have some nice bud formation going on and then going to give a doubble dose of nutes for the "fattening up" stage....intend on starting the harvest process last week of april, this weekend will mark the end of week 4 of flower.

im expecting some strains to be 8 weekers, like the FCJ clones have been 8 week plants in the past, im thinking most will stagger out to 9,10,11 weeks and im in no real hurry to harvest at this point, as one comes out another will go in but im kinda hoping to do it in waves. 4 out...4 in....then 2 weeks later 4 out....4 in..havent really figured out the details yet but i need to get this perpetual thing started up. ill be taking clones in the next week or 2 for the 2nd round.

the first round is going to be a clone only round of the clones i have right now, will be choosing 3 strains and my FCJ to continue on, rest will be donated.

second round will be Purple haze, Pineapple express, FCJ and another favorite out of my current run.

third round will probabally be a couple new strains from the vault, FCJ and my keeper from this round.

right now im on the hunt for the best bag appeal/potency/yeilding strains. at this point FCJ isnt going anywhere...this pheno has some nice vigor, it clones excellent and produces fantastic herb, its a favorite of everyone and myself included.

im relally liking the blueberry gum thats in soil and it lookslike its going to be a massive yeilder...so many decisions....

most strains will be prserved through clones at a friends house who grows, he will get anything i choose not to keep and if at a later date if i decide i shall grow it again i will clone from his plants. really wish MJ genetics were more preservable like fungus is.

anyways, thats about it, im just waiting to make my final decisions on what sstaying and whats going. need to get my perpetual up and running so this 12-14 weeks without a harvest shit can stop.. not a huge deal right now because i have a drug test coming up in a few weeks so im not smoking anyways but my friends are all getting mad at me since they need to source thier meds from other people and they tell me no one around has product like mine..at least for the price...(i think they like the price more than anything, they are getting the same quality meds for almost 1/2 the price)

also trying to figure out if im going to be moving my op somewhere and down sizing for a while or what...the folks who are housing my grow are still looking to buy a house and are steadily putting offers in to the bank. so my choices are to let it run down and close up shop or downsize and move elsewhere. i can move to a buddies house but he is only allowed 6 plants in flower at a time, so to run a perpetual we would have to grow some mosnters Scrog's..

anyways, im babbling again...take it ez guys.. ill have some more pics up by end of weekend i hope.

why dont i think of these things? just assumed i would have to have an explosion waiting to happen pressurised bottle somewhere, bit dramatic i know, but didn't fancy it. now i see a harmless looking bottle of 'stuff' does the trick??? i must learn more... lol

it is warm water, yeast and sugar...it works but needs to be replaced every 4 days and shaken every day to gain its max potential, the tuping runs behind my fan so disperse the CO2..

Oh and i forgot....the DWC BBG was looking a bit yellow so i bumped the ppm up to around 440 and did 50/50 bloom/veg nutrients.

the PPM had been allowed to drop down to like 75 lol after adding water a few times and no nutrient....PH is staying good at around 6.0

im deffo gonna give it a go, is it just the normal block of yeast or brewers yeast?? if they're different... :dunce:

i just use reg bread yeast, brewers yeast may work a little better though im not sure to be honest
You are correct. Brewer's yeast has the genetics to survive the higher alcohol levels.. lasts longer... I must say I didn't do the CO2 like I did my first round and I think it actually gave me some extra weight..

That being said I was doing it in a very small area 3 x 3 and now I'm growing in a 2 x 2 tent... Next winter indoor I think I'll do it again as it seemed to be worth it.

supplie needed:

x2 empty 2l bottles
pack of brewers yeast
sugar
water
plastic tubing.

mix water suger and yeast in one 2l then make a hole in the lid for the plastic tubing, run the plastic tubing from the top of the 2l containing yeast solution into the air or into the other 2l filled with water so you can see the co2 bubble out.
