Darkness for clones for my first 6-8 hours after cuttings then 24/7 light for 7-10 days. You also run a heat mat? Try to avoid the towel if at all possible, will work, but will keep the environment maybe too warm for the cuttings. Over 85F and you`re get root rot my friend. Keep us posted,

Take the hood off a couple of times every day for a couple of days then start to prop the hood open a little more every day until your remove it completely. Your droop is due to high R/H and warmth, their being suffocated.

I do not even use the hood anyymore or a heat matt for that matter. I lightly mist them once in the morning and thats it.

Min. light is required for clones until you see roots.

Where you take your clones from also plays a role in how hearty your clones will be. A main branch is a better selection than an inner shoot or suckers. They work but aren't as robust as a main.

Good Luck

76-82 or 26c to whatever 82 is in c. Humidity not sure what the correct is I just make sure condensation is forming on the dome and open it a few tiles a day then for longer preps after the first 10 days, usually stay seeing new motivate growth 15-20 days then I just leave the dome off

Humidity is best between 80 and 90 from what I've read. Personally I don't think humidity is a big issue though. I ruined too many with a dome because of rot due to humidity and heat, so now I just run them on a heat mat with no dome misted 2-3 times a day. Haven't lost one since I got my new method dialed in.

but they're drooping like there is an issue, what should humidity be at?
you cut them today? sometimes they do that for the first 24h or so. i wouldn't worry about it unless they're still droopy tomorrow. i don't touch mine for the first 24-48h.

as long as you have condensation on the dome tomorrow when you check them, your rH should be fine.

Clones will wilt for the first couple days as they fight to establish roots; this is normal! After 3-4 days you should see them perk up. Make sure to spray your clones as they will take in water through the foliage, as they have no roots to do so. The humidity should be 70-90%, I keep mine under a 7" dome. Sometimes I'll use a heat-mat but it's not always needed (always suggested tho haha). "Pop That Dome" twice a day to keep your plants from molding as high humidity and spraying can introduce mold and bad shit. By two-three weeks, they should have established roots and will start to grow like veg plants from seed. Uhhh, you may add a small fert to the seedlings to give them a kick (Jiffy-7 Pellets and shit like that already include a "minor fertilizer charge" so keep that in mind). Once a plant enters veg, feel free to pack the space w/ CFLs within an inch of your plant. Happy Growing!!
