What is going on with these guys/girls, the one keeling over is a Jumbo Grizzly, the other two are Purple Widow, took two pics of each strain growing pure green sprouts, is this a deficiency or something.

Can't do anything to a seedling really.

They look normal to me.

If the stem is brown it may mean you are overwatering. But the stem is purple.. can be normal to see that for a bit when they are young.

What is your grow medium??? peet moss??? not good, it's sucking the water up before your little ones get any...and you don't need nutes for at least the first 3-4 weeks (seedling stage) and after only at 1/4 strength

That is not true. Peat will hold moisture and the roots can take it from the peat.

I use Promix and it is about 80% moss. Works great.

LMAO. that's all I can say, I guess I'm just paranoid. I'm using promix no peat, I am using slow release starter fert, as recommended by an old man at the garden center who knew I was growing pot, he talked to me for a half hour about growing weed and the essentials and this is what he recommended.

K, ya there def is peat in it, I meant no extra peat, peat by itself, but honestly I don't see any perlite at all, I was wondering about this, should I add perlite so that it has better drainage.

Did your promix come with white pebbles in it? (perlite)

I don't see any in your pics. Are you sure you bought promix?

When you transplant the first time, make sure your mix has some perlite in it. It helps improve drainage.
definitely would have to agree. when possible, try to add about 30% perlite and make sure you maintain you ph while using promix. even though it has lime in it, the peat will help assist in bringing your ph down to undesirable numbers.

No it doesn't have the white pebbles, that's why I'm concerned, I know it is good for drainage, I will add it in my transplant, I heard hydrogen peroxide is good for oxygen and I'm using this now, but will def add some perlite to the mix, it say's promix on the bag, I have a ph water tester and soil tester on the way.

50% grade h2o2 in hydro helps prevent root rot like a champ, not sure about soil though? Anyone?

Ya I've heard that it's vital in hydro but also helps overwatering in soil, 3% just 3ml per liter of water. Ok so there might be discrepancy in what I thought was promix, is it a brand name, saw profesional on the bag and assumed this was promix, this is what I am using and was suggested.
